I understand how painful it is to have family still jw's and not want to know you, my mother died feeling that I was the one that had given her so much stress she got ill with cancer because I would not go back talk about emotional blackmail, I loved her dearly but could not live a lie. Hello...
by Atticus ini used to post over at h2o a long time ago and thought i would drop in and say hello.
i am very glad that someone has taken the time to set up another place where ideas about jehovahs witnesses can be freely posted and discussed.
this type of place is a great public service for people who are just starting to see through the thick fog and who are just beginning to recognize cracks in that grandiose, self-serving, anything-but-ivory, tower that has the gall to refer to itself as the truth.

Introducing myself..hello all...

this forum seems to be a friendly group, not to mention i see jt, englishman, focus, waiting and few others that are very familiar to me from h20.. i live in california.
i was raised as a jw (third generation), got the unceremonious 'boot'(df)in 1980-81 been so long..i can't remember the actual date.
